I love it but...

I love this game! Play it several times a day but its really making me mad that every time I go to the neighbor icon it forces close! When I am able to get into it, I have no neighbors! Even though Ive sent requests, Ive also received no requests?!? Is it an iPhone5 thing or what? Its really starting to annoy me!
